3 Typs of Registration

You can apply through Online Registration, In-Person Registration, or Helpline Assistance.

Option 1: Online Registration

 Visit the Official Website:
Go to pser.punjab.gov.pk

 Sign Up/Login:

• If you’re a new user, create an account using your CNIC and mobile number
• If already registered, log in

 Fill the Application Form:

• Enter personal details (Name, CNIC, Address, Contact Number)
• Provide income details

 Upload Required Documents:

• CNIC copy (of family head)
• Proof of income (salary slip, affidavit, etc.)
• Proof of residence (electricity bill, rental agreement, etc.)

 Submit the Application

• Review the details and click Submit
• You will receive an SMS confirmation once your application is received

Option 2: In-Person Registration

 Visit the Nearest Registration Center

• Locate the nearest Union Council (UC) office or Nigahban Center

 Provide Required Documents

• CNIC of family head
• Income proof (if required)
• Proof of residence

• You will receive a confirmation SMS once registered

Step 3: Wait for Approval & Package Distribution

• Approved applicants will receive a confirmation message
• Packages will be distributed from the first week of Ramadan 2025
